Before We Begin
To start work, we require all three of the following:
Signed Service Agreement
Accepted Terms & Conditions
Setup Fee paid in full
No work can begin until all three are completed.
What We Need From You
To build your website and set up your visibility foundations, we need the following in Week 1.
Organisation Information
- ✓Organisation name, address, contact details
- ✓Opening hours
- ✓Services/products
- ✓Pricing (if applicable)
- ✓About/biography information
Brand Assets
- ✓Logo files
- ✓Brand colours
- ✓Brand fonts (if applicable)
- ✓Any images you’d like us to use
Competitor & Style References
- ✓At least two competitor websites
- ✓At least two websites you like the look or style of
Website Access
- ✓Full admin access to your current website
- ✓Full admin access to your hosting provider
- ✓Full admin access to your domain registrar
- ✓Permission to make DNS changes
Google Access
- ✓Admin access to your Google Business Profile
- ✓Admin access to Gmail / Google Workspace (if applicable)
Social Media Access
- ✓Full admin rights to any social media channels we will manage (required after website approval)
